JOB PURPOSE:

This position is responsible for assisting the Senior Estimator in obtaining the necessary information in order to generate and send quotes to customers.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with the Construction Coordinator and Estimators to obtain job start information.
• Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
• Process frame starts and distribute to field and yard Superintendents.
• Prepare new projects for shipment to the field.
• Data entry of job starts and other estimating projects.
• Assist in the lumber yard when necessary.
• Other duties, as necessary.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

• At least two-years previous experience in the construction industry in a similar role.
• Computer skills; web navigation, document scanning, typing, Excel, Word, Outlook Office application competency.
